Figuring out the Metro...
And making friends with "Pierre" at our neighborhood fruit stand. Actually, his name isn't Pierre, that's just what my family has decided to call every French person they meet. Either that or "Julio." Not sure why. 
Outside the apartment in the 5th. We added the little French local for ambiance. 
We checked out the Louvre on a beautiful clear night with a full moon.
The Tour Eiffel all lit up for night, with the Seine just in front and the golden dome of Les Invalides on the left in the background.
We went all around Montmatre and saw the Sacre Coeur. My dad sat and read his paper while my mom and I did some touristy shopping.

but guess what?!
I FINALLY got a webcam. now we'll just have to see how long it takes me to download skype and figure out my settings for the webcam...should happen before christmas!
do they have Thanksgiving in France?
Hope your semester is going well! ugh, can't wait till mine is over. only a few more weeks, several performances, and lot of papers!
but yay for the upcoming holidays!
